Established since 1989, East Ocean Teochew Restaurant is well-known in Singapore and the region for serving the best in Teochew cuisine and dim sum.

In 1993, East Ocean moved to our current location at Shaw Centre, Scotts Road, refining our offerings to feature innovative Hong Kong style Teochew cuisine.

From traditional favourites like steamed pomfret in “Teochew” style, delicacies like the boiled Claypot Shark’s Fin, to fusion offerings like pan-fried wagyu beef and goose liver, there is something for everyone at East Ocean.

Even children are enthralled by our cute and delicious animal-shaped dim sum, which come with names like Mr Penguin, Ninja Sotong and Dolphin Prince. For special occasions, be sure to try our mooncakes, auspicious nian gao, and special set menus.

As pioneers in the art of Chinese cuisine, we constantly innovate, introducing new products including mini mooncakes, Q Dim Sum, and koi fish nian gao  to Singapore over the years.
